Hecheng ( Chinese  鹤城 街道 , Pinyin Hèchéng jiēdào  - "crane town") is a street district in the southeast of the Chinese province of Zhejiang . It belongs administratively to the county Qingtian the prefecture-level city Lishui . It administers a territory of 48.48 km² and at the end of 2018 had a total population of 80,990 people and a registered population of 56,082 people. The 2000 census showed a total population of 75,152 people in 23,662 households and a registered population of 48,420 people.

The street district was created in 2012 from the part of the Hecheng community north of the Ou Jiang River . Today it borders Wenxi in the east, Ounan in the south, Shixi in the west and Gui'ao in the north. Hecheng is located on the north bank of the Ou Jiang River. National road 330 and provincial road 49 pass through its territory . It is a center of stone carving .

At the end of 2018, the Hecheng street district was subordinate to 11 communities and 13 villages .
