The Hedden Mountain is a 1,515 m high Nunatak in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises 1.5 km north of Mount Brattskarvet in Sverdrupfjella .
It was discovered and named during the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher . It is named after Karl Hedden, a sailor on board the expedition ship Schwabenland .
