The Hedebacken in Hede is a normal hill of the category K 90. It also includes other training hills of sizes K 45, K 25 and K 15.

history

The first ski jumps in Hede were built in 1965 by the Hede IK club . In order to be able to host international competitions, it was decided in the 1990s to build a large normal hill. In 1997 the construction of the K 90 ski jump started. The first international competition took place on March 20, 1999 as part of the Ski Jumping Continental Cup .

Already in 2001 the FIS stopped the international use after only three competitions on the hill. Since then, the Swedish ski jumpers only jump for training purposes or, as in 2003 and 2005, to host the Swedish championships on the hill.
