The 1998/99 Ski Jumping Continental Cup began on June 27, 1998 in Velenje, Slovenia and ended on March 28, 1999 in Kuusamo, Finland . The competition series acted as a substructure for the 1998/99 Ski Jumping World Cup .

51 individual competitions were held at 30 competition locations in Europe , Asia and North America . The German Roland Audenrieth won the overall ranking . Matti Hautamäki from Finland won the Black Forest tour integrated into the Continental Cup . A total of 305 athletes from 20 nations were classified.
