Architecture and history

The three-and-a-half-storey plastered building was completed in 1889 by master mason and carpenter Gose , who was also the builder. In relation to the very representative development of the area, it is rather simply designed. Originally it had a richly decorated facade in the neo-renaissance style , but only remnants have been preserved. There is rustication on the ground floor . The façade features three-storey box oriels facing both Hegelstrasse in the west and Keplerstrasse in the south and directly on the corner . At the corner bay there are set columns and an arched window above.

There is a front garden in front of the house .

As part of the largely preserved Wilhelminian style street, the building is significant in terms of urban planning.

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 16683 .
