Heide is a district of the community Ganderkesee in the Lower Saxony district of Oldenburg .

The district is located northeast of the core area of ​​Ganderkesee on the northern outskirts of Delmenhorst . In the north-west it borders on the district of Schönemoor , in the west on Schierbrok and in the south-west on Hoykenkamp . The A 28 runs south at a distance of 4 km .

Economy and Infrastructure

The district is connected to local public transport via bus line 221, which runs every two hours from Monday to Friday. This line is operated as a citizen bus by the Bremen / Lower Saxony transport association. It connects Heide with the train stations in Schierbrok and Delmenhorst .
