history
Archaeological finds in Lezoux have revolutionized knowledge of the Celtic world of legends. So in a stone with the inscription the Rosmerta was equated with Rigani . Lezoux is also proven to be the place of origin of the Terra Sigillata , which were made by the Cinnamus and Paternus pottery between 135 and 170 in the 2nd century. It is not certain whether the place was actually known as Lutosus in ancient times. In the time of the Merovingians his name was Ledosus vicus .
