Saint-Flour is a French municipality with 285 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Puy-de-Dôme in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). Domaize is part of the Arrondissement of Thiers and the canton of Les Monts du Livradois ( Saint-Dier-d'Auvergne until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Sanflorains .

Saint-Flour is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Courpière in the north and north-east, Sauviat in the east and north-east, Domaize in the south and east, Saint-Dier-d'Auvergne in the south and south-west and Trézioux in the west.
