Crevant-Laveine is located about 27 kilometers northeast of Clermont-Ferrand on the Allier , which borders the municipality to the west and northwest. Crevant-Laveine is surrounded by the neighboring communities Luzillat and Vinzelles in the north, Noalhat in the northeast, Dorat in the east, Orleat in the southeast, Bulhon in the south, Culhat in the south and southwest, Joze in the southwest and Maringues in the west and northwest.
