History and description
The country house was built in 1916 . Stylistically, the house still belongs to the local architecture . The two-story building has a striking, narrow, towering front. The simple plaster facade is set off with quarry stone masonry . The gable field is boarded up with wood . The relatively steep gabled roof with beaver tail bricks covered. The well-preserved wooden garden pavilion is also remarkable .
Monument protection
The country house, which architecturally still belongs to the local building method , stands at the beginning of the villa colony and marks the entrance to the forest villa settlement . The country house is a cultural monument for architectural and city history reasons .
