History and description
The villa was built before the First World War . Stylistically, the villa belongs to neoclassicism . Typical details of the villa are the terrace in front , the balcony supported on pillars , the symmetrically arranged dormer in the beaver-tail-covered tent roof ; and the pilasters decorated with stucco tassels that vertically separate the window axes. The building decor is limited to the white-painted wooden balcony railing with the crosses typical of the construction period and two small mosaics on the facade .
