History and description
The house was built as a country house in 1913 and 1914 . The two-storey, cube - shaped structure has a tent roof that extends far down and merges vertically into the facade on the upper storey . It is symmetrically structured by a rounded balcony.
The roof finish, which is protected from the outside, was subsequently changed. The small fish mouth dormer was converted into a drag dormer . The historical enclosure was also changed later.
