The Heiligenberg is a 317.3 m high elevation and is half in the Raßdorf corridor of the Hessian community Wildeck and the other half in Großensee , part of the city of Werra-Suhl-Tal in the Wartburg district in Thuringia . In terms of nature, the Lerchenberg is part of the Seulingswald . It is used for agriculture.
A section of the Hessian-Thuringian state border and the federal motorway 4 lead over the Heiligenberg . A multi-phase prehistoric settlement was located on the Heiligenberg. Some of the archaeological finds are in the archaeological collection in the Gerstungen Werra Valley Museum .
