Heimberg-Dröhneberger gangway

The Heimberg-Dröhneberger lode (also Heimberg-Westerberg-Dröhneberger lode ) is the Upper Harz veins counting gait disturbance around Wolf Hagen in the resin . This deposit was explored and mined with moderate success between the 17th and 19th centuries .

Course west of the Kleine Steimker Bach is unknown. Paragenesis, peculiarities

The Heimberg-Dröhneberger gangway contains little lead and copper ores , manganite and siderite . In the oxidation zone were malachite , Cerussite , Anglesite , chrysocolla , limonite and Psilomelan found. Rare minerals are black silver and stephanite . The gait consists of quartz rocks and calcite .

Outcrops

No surface outcrops are known other than the scanty mining traces.

Mining facilities were the Heimberg tunnel (160 meters long) and shaft , as well as the Dröhneberg tunnel (120 meters). In addition, pings can be seen in the Vosmeketal.
