The Expressway 14 ( kor. 함양 울산 고속도로 even Hamyang-Ulsan Expressway called) is a planned expressway in South Korea . Construction is scheduled to start in November 2013. The highway is to connect Hamyang County with the city of Ulsan in south-east South Korea.

On December 27, 2012, the numbering of the planned motorway was set to number 14 by presidential decree. The planned length is 146.6 km. The opening of the entire motorway is planned for 2019.
