The half-timbered house at Heinrich-Delp-Straße 12 is a building in Darmstadt-Eberstadt .
History and description
The half-timbered house was probably built in the first half of the 16th century . The house was difficult to access and built as a residential building at the rear . An elaborate decorative framework adorns the west gable on the upper floor . A richly profiled cross-beam is located above the ground floor . There are handcrafted sandstone blocks on the western corner of the building.
