Heinrich August Schulte
Heinrich August Schulte (also: Heinr. Aug. Schulte ) (HAS) was an iron trade founded by the entrepreneur of the same name in Dortmund in 1896 , from which ThyssenKrupp Schulte emerged via a stock corporation , the largest materials dealer in Germany and a subsidiary of Thyssen-Krupp Services AG , which was set up in 2003. In 2007 ThyssenKrupp Schulte had 50 branches and subsidiaries across Germany for trading and processing stainless steel and sheet metal, with sales of around 700 million euros.

Dortmund
In the Dortmund headquarters , the main administration was set up in the Löwenhof (which is now used by the Dortmund Adult Education Center). ( → map )
From there, the company was also temporarily involved in shipping . The HAS board member Victor Toyka was also involved in sports activities in Dortmund. Today's ThyssenKrupp Schulte GmbH, based at ThyssenKrupp Allee 1 in Essen, works in the Westfalia industrial park, Westerorbenstrasse and Riesestrasse in Dortmund-Aplerbeck.
Dusseldorf
The headquarters of ThyssenKrupp Schulte GmbH with around 600 employees was located in Düsseldorf in 2007.
Hanover
The Hanover branch was founded in 1910. According to the city of Hanover's address book, the company had been at Arndtstrasse 15 since 1942 at the latest . ( → map )
After the Second World War , the branch maintained the office and warehouse there, as well as a warehouse in the Linden-Mitte district at Davenstedter Straße 136 . The address Reuterstraße corner Goethestraße was named 1950th
In 2010 the company moved as ThyssenKrupp Schulte GmbH to Schlorumpfsweg 9 and integrated the former Metallkrause GmbH with all services into the local location.
The industrial building in Arndstrasse in the Mitte district is now used under the changed house number 20 by the vocational training facility Gemeinnützige Bildungseinrichtung des DGB GmbH (bfw - company for education) and used by the work and life education association. The logo of the former iron company is still preserved today above a side entrance door above wrought iron bars .

- The Heinr. Aug. Schulte Eisen-AG published a 400-page, richly illustrated catalog on sanitary facilities and accessories in Hanover in 1950. The catalog was bound in linen with the dimensions approximately 24 cm × 21 cm. The specialist wholesaler, also known as Eisenunion , gave the following addresses at the time: Arndtstrasse 15, Davenstedter Strasse 136, Reuterstrasse / Goethestrasse .
