Heinrich Brodbeck

Heinrich Brodbeck (born September 18, 1811 in Liestal ; † November 27, 1886 there ) was a Swiss politician .

Life

Brodbeck trained as a carpenter . He was the mayor and district court president of Liestal.

Politically, Brodbeck was on the side of the movement party. When the democratic movement emerged, he became a party member of Christoph Rolle . After the constitutional revision, he was a member of the Basel government from 1863 to 1866 and, along with Rolle, is the only one of the five members of the government who managed to keep track of the administrative work during these years. From 1866 Brodbeck officiated as governor of the Sissach district .
