Heinrich Lautensack (goldsmith)
Heinrich Lautensack (born February 3, 1522 in Bamberg , † 1568 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a German goldsmith and painter.
Heinrich Lautensack was a son of Paul Lautensack . In 1527 he came to Nuremberg with his family . From 1532 he received training from the goldsmith Melchior Baier (1495–1577) for six years . In 1550 Lautensack moved to Frankfurt, where he married Lucretia Ort on July 2, 1550.
Heinrich Lautensack was best known for his textbook on drawing perspective, published in 1564.
