Heinrich Lind

Heinrich Lind (born March 28, 1878 in Niederissigheim ; † March 31, 1941 ibid) was a German politician ( DNVP , CNBLVP ).

Live and act

After attending primary school , Lind became a farmer. He first received greater public attention as the organizer of the Kurhessian peasantry. From August 1914 to August 1918 he took part in the First World War as a sergeant in the Uhlan Regiment 6 .

After the war, Lind joined the German National People's Party (DNVP). For this he was a member of the Reichstag in Berlin from June 1920 to September 1930, during the first four electoral terms of the Weimar Republic, in which he represented constituency 21 or (after renumbering the constituency) 19 ( province of Hessen-Nassau ). Subsequently, Lind was a member of parliament from September 1930 to July 1932 as a member of the Christian National Peasant and Rural People's Party (CNBLVP). From 1930 to 1933 he was President of the Reichslandbund . Furthermore, Lind was mayor of Niederissigheim as well as district deputy and district council member and from 1920 to 1929 member of the municipal council of Kassel and the provincial council of the province of Hessen-Nassau .
