Heinrich Martins
Heinrich Martins (born April 4, 1829 in Naumburg (Saale) , † June 21, 1903 in Glogau ) was a German municipal official.
Life
Martins initially studied law at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Berlin and the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität . 1850 Corps Vandalia Heidelberg recipiert , he distinguished himself as Consenior out. In the same year he moved to the University of Jena and was also active in the Corps Thuringia Jena . In 1851 he became an auscultator in Berlin. After he had passed the assessor examination at the Court of Appeal in 1858 , he joined the city administration of Görlitz . In 1866 he became First Mayor, in 1868 Lord Mayor of Glogau. As such, he was appointed to the civil "OB faction" of the Prussian manor house . In 1901 he received the character of a secret Governing Council.
