Heinrich Mesch

Heinrich Mesch (born January 3, 1881 in Brake (Unterweser) , † May 29, 1938 in Lemgo ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Mesch was the son of a tobacco worker. After attending primary school, Mesch, who was of the Protestant denomination, worked as a brick and cigar worker. Between 1910 and 1933 he was a warehouse keeper, most recently sales point manager of the Lippischer Konsumverein in Brake (near Lemgo). He was a member of the SPD. After the November Revolution he ran in the state elections in Lippe in 1919 at number 9 on the SPD list and was elected to the Lippe state parliament. He was a member of this until the end of the 1921 electoral term.
