Heinrich Schulenburg

Georg Friedrich Heinrich Schulenburg (born October 25, 1811 in Soest ; † December 3, 1859 there ) was a German politician.

Life

Heinrich Schulenburg studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1830 he became a member of the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . After completing his studies, he returned to Soest, where he was mayor from 1837 to 1857.

From 1843 to 1845 Schulenburg was a member of the Westphalian Provincial Parliament . He was elected deputy to the Frankfurt National Assembly . From the beginning of the second legislative period in 1849 until his resignation in 1853, he sat as a member of the Arnsberg 4 constituency in the Prussian House of Representatives . At least until 1852 he belonged to the faction of the center.
