Heinrich Schulze (pedagogue)

Heinrich Schulze (* 1817 in Northeim , † 2. June 1895 in Hannover ) was a German teacher and school book - author .

Life

Heinrich Schulze attended the advanced seminar in Hanover and was employed at the Progymnasium in Northeim at Easter 1841 .

In 1843 Schulze was appointed to the Hanover Lyceum , where he primarily taught the lower classes as a class teacher, but also gave French and Latin lessons.

“Schulze, G. Hr. L. "together with Friedrich Wilhelm Steinmann published the first part of a school book that appeared in 1846, the second edition of which appeared in 1848: According to its subtitle, the children's treasure was a" German reading book for the earliest adolescents [and] at the same time as material for narrative and memory exercise " thought. Adolf Tellkampf wrote the foreword . The multi-volume work, published from 1886 together with Friedrich Kiel, appeared in dozen of editions.

Heinrich Schulze retired at Easter 1881.
