Heinrich Sievers (lawyer)
Johann Daniel Heinrich Sievers (born February 27, 1848 in Hildesheim , † October 4, 1918 in Leipzig ) was President of the Senate at the Imperial Court .
Life
After attending grammar school in Bonn, he studied law in Munich, Göttingen, Heidelberg and Bonn. He participated as volunteer Annual at War 70/71 in the Hussars. 7 in part. In mid-July 1870 Sievers was sworn in and worked as a trainee lawyer in Frankfurt am Main and Bonn. He was married to Charlotte Stintzing. In 1876 he took up the profession of lawyer. He worked in Bremen for many years. In 1879 he became a government attorney. In 1892 he was appointed higher regional judge in Hamburg, in 1896 he came to the imperial court at the suggestion of the Hanseatic cities. In 1912 he became President of the Second Civil Senate of the Reich Court . He died in office. Dr. Sievers was the leader of the Saxon National Liberals.
