Heinz-Dieter Neef

Heinz-Dieter Neef (born March 4, 1955 in Worms ) has been an adjunct professor for the subject of the Old Testament at the Protestant theological faculty of the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen since 2000 .

Life

Heinz-Dieter Neef studied Protestant theology in Marburg and Tübingen from 1974 to 1979 , then from 1979 to 1983 Semitic languages in Tübingen. From 1981 Neef was a research assistant for Hebrew and Aramaic . He received his PhD in 1985; His habilitation took place in 1993. At the Evangelical Theological Faculty in Tübingen , he has an unscheduled chair in the subject of the Old Testament and in particular leads the language courses for Hebrew and Aramaic .
