Heinz-Hermann Paetz (born October 4, 1943 in Hamburg ) is a German tax advisor , sports official and former member of the Hamburg Parliament for the SPD .

Life

Heinz-Hermann Paetz passed his Abitur at the Alstertal high school in Hamburg in 1964 and then did his military service . Last rank: Ensign of the reserve. In 1966 he began studying law and business administration at the University of Hamburg and worked partly as a tax assistant and in 1969 as an assistant to Minister Hans Apel . From 1970 to 1972 he was a member of the institute's council for finance and tax law at the University of Hamburg and from 1971 to 1973 assistant to the management of a group. After working as a retail salesman for two years, he finally became self-employed in 1980 as a tax agent and legal advisor .

politics

In 1968 Paetz joined the SPD and held various functions in the local association (district) of Fuhlsbüttel. For the communal newsletter Der Fuhlsbüttler , which belonged to the division of the SPD, he worked as an honorary managing director. In June 1978 he moved up as a member of the Hamburg parliament. The focus of his work there until the end of the 1982 electoral term was the Committee on Assets and Public Enterprises .

Private

Paetz is chairman of the Oberalster sports club in Hamburg-Hummelsbüttel .

He is married and has two children and five grandchildren. He continues his tax consultancy practice with his son.
