Heinz-Josef Thomé

Heinz-Josef Thomé (born January 29, 1925 in Essen ; † November 22, 1991 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending school, he completed an administration apprenticeship in social insurance. After working in his learned profession, he was managing director of the SPD in Rheydt and Duisburg .

In 1946 Thomé became a member of the SPD and was represented on numerous party committees.

From July 21, 1958 to July 23, 1966, Thomé was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected directly in constituency 071 Duisburg III. From 1952 to 1956 he was a member of the city ​​council of Rheydt and from 1956 to 1967 of the city council of Duisburg.
