Heinz Düber

Heinz Düber (born March 10, 1939 in Herdorf ) is a German administrative officer and politician ( CDU ).

Life

Düber attended elementary school and business school. He passed the secondary school leaving certificate in 1956 and did an administration apprenticeship, which he completed in 1962 with the examination for the higher service. He then worked for the Altenkirchen district administration, the Koblenz district government and, most recently, as a senior official at the representation of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate at the federal level.

politics

In 1958 he joined the CDU and from 1981 was chairman of the CDU local association in Altenkirchen and from 1983 a member of the CDU district executive. In 1989 he was chairman of the parliamentary group in the Altenkirchen association council and in 1999 he became an alderman of the Altenkirchen association .

In 1987 he was elected to the eleventh state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate , to which he belonged for one electoral terms until 1991. Since January 1991 he has been a secretary of parliament and a member of the petitions committee.

In 1987 he received the Badge of Honor of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate and in 2010 the Medal of Merit of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate .
