Heinz Rapp

Heinz Rapp (born July 25, 1924 in Schramberg ; † March 7, 2007 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

After the war and imprisonment, Heinz Rapp completed his Abitur as an external student. In 1950 he married Maria Elisabeth Fischer, first daughter of Johann Georg Fischer and Gretchen Schweizer, who at that time ran the Rudolph Schweizer fur and shoe store across from the Schramberg town hall.

He joined the SPD in 1957 and was a member of the German Bundestag from 1972 to 1987 . He was always elected from the Baden-Württemberg state list. He was a corresponding member of the SPD Fundamental Values ​​Commission.

In 1979 he became a member of the Central Committee of German Catholics .
