Heinz Daughtermann (born January 22, 1956 in Kirchberg ) is a former German soccer coach and player .
Career
player
Daughtermann started playing football in the youth department of VfB Stuttgart . From 1972 to 1974 he was a member of the A youth team before he was promoted to the first team's professional squad. He made his professional debut on October 5, 1974 (7th matchday) in the 2: 4 defeat in the Bundesliga away game against 1. FC Cologne . He scored his first goal in the top German division in his sixth and last league game for the Swabians on June 14, 1975 (34th matchday) in a 3-2 win in the home game against Rot-Weiss Essen with the goal to make it 3-1 in the 40th minute.
