Helge Grande Stærk (born April 12, 1981 ) is a former Norwegian skeleton athlete .

Helge Grande Stærk works as an electronics technician. He started skeleton in 2003 and has been part of Norway's national team since 2004. He was trained by Håvard Engelien (rail), Marco Piacentini (sprint) and Ikke-Så Stærk (endurance). At the Junior World Championships in 2004 Stærk was 24th in Winterberg and won the Norwegian Junior Championship. After a few appearances in the European Skeleton Cup , he made his debut in Sigulda in 2004 in the Skeleton World Cup and was the 26th to win first World Cup points. He achieved his best result with 22nd place in 2005 in St. Moritz . In 2006 he started in the World Cup for the last time.
