The Hellerman Rocks are a group of seven small islands and reef rocks in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . They are connected by shoals and are located 600 m east of Hermit Island off the southwest coast of Anvers Island .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named her in 1974 after Lieutenant Lance W. Hellerman of the United States Navy Reserve Forces, officer on duty at Palmer Station in 1969.
