Helmut Plüschau
Helmut Plüschau (born September 1, 1934 in Hetlingen ) is a German businessman and politician ( SPD ). He became known as an opponent of the IHK contribution obligation.
Life
Plüschau was born in Hetlingen. After graduating from school, he completed commercial training from 1950 to 1953. Among other things, he worked in the field and as an authorized signatory . In 1965 he joined the SPD and was a member of the council of Wedel and a member of the district council of the Pinneberg district for 14 years . From 1984 he worked as a self-employed businessman and in 1996 became co-owner of a company for communication technology in Hamburg.
In 1996 he was elected to the Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein in the Pinneberg-Elbmarschen state constituency. In 2000 he again won the direct mandate of the constituency. He was a member of the state parliament until the end of the 2005 electoral term and was a member of various committees, such as the agricultural committee, the submission committee and the home and legal committee. The Pallas - inquiry committee he belonged 1999/2000 as deputy member.
In 1995 he refused to make payments to the IHK and in 1996 was one of the initiators of the association of IHK refusers, from which the Federal Association for Free Chambers emerged.
Plüschau is married and has two children.
