Helmut Prasch (born July 2, 1967 in Lienz ) is an Austrian politician ( FPÖ , FPK ), journalist and media spokesman. Prasch was a member of the Austrian Federal Council from 1993 to 1994 and from 1995 to 1997 from the federal state of Carinthia .

Career

Helmut Prasch was born in Lienz in East Tyrol in 1967 . After elementary school, Prasch attended a modern language grammar school from 1977 to 1985. In 1985 he began studying law at the University of Salzburg . This he completed in 1991 with the promotion of Doctor of Law (Dr. iur.) From.
