Hendrik Bertram

Hendrik Bertram (* 1968 in Leipzig ) is a German bass player , singer , music producer and operator of a recording studio .

Live and act

From 1980 to 1985, Bertram trained in guitar and piano with Ilse-Kraft Grossmann. This was followed by training at the Leipzig District Music School in the subjects of bass guitar and double bass. From 1990 he studied bass guitar and double bass at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theater in Leipzig . From 1993 to 1995, Bertram studied music in the USA at Jackson State University in Jackson , Mississippi , which he graduated in 1997 from the University of Music and Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig as a qualified musician / qualified pedagogue. From 1998 to 2008 he was a music teacher at the “Theodor Uhlig” music school in Wurzen. Bertram has been running a recording studio since 2000 and works as a private teacher for bass guitar and piano.

Bertram played and plays in various formations, bands and orchestras such as the “Dance Orchestra Jo Kurzweg”, the fusion band “Paratox”, the jazz quartet “Michael Breitenbach Quartet”, the “LeipJAZZig Orkester” under the direction of Stephan König , the gala band “Chris Gentemann Group “And many more.
