Henning Flügge

Henning Flügge (born January 18, 1683 in Wilstedt , † November 3, 1754 in Hanover ) was a German Lutheran theologian.

Life

Flügge attended school in Harburg and Celle and moved to the University of Halle in 1705 . In the same year he took up a position as an informator for the children of the pastor and consistorial councilor Lindenberg in Celle. From Easter 1708 he continued his studies at the University of Helmstedt , where he also received a position as assistant preacher. On July 5, 1709 he was appointed pastor of the Marktkirche by the Hanover City Council. From 1748 he was a senior in the city church ministry.
