Henning Tolle

Henning Tolle (born May 23, 1932 in Berlin ) is a German mathematician and professor of control engineering and robotics .

life and work

Henning Tolle attended the Schadow High School for Boys in Berlin with the Abitur in 1950 and studied mathematics at the TU Berlin , where he received his diploma in 1955 and received his doctorate in 1956 with Wolfgang Haack at the TU Berlin ( On the behavior of the integral relation of a partial linear parabolic point in the interior of a hyperbolic area if the discriminant of the characteristic equation approaches zero regardless of the inlet angle ).

1955-56 he was a research assistant at the Technical University of Braunschweig , 1958-1961 Speaker of the Federal Insurance Office in Berlin and then in the aircraft industry until 1973 (company Weserflug , VFW , and after its merger with ERNO Aerospace GmbH in Bremen ), where he most recently authorized officer was and Head of Department Astrodynamics and Satellite Projects. In 1984 he founded ISRA Systemtechnik with E. Ersü and was chairman of the supervisory board of ISRA / ISRA Vision from 2000 to 2007 .
