Henrik Flåtnes (born December 26, 2001 ) is a Norwegian long and triple jumper .

Athletic career

Henrik Flåtnes gained his first international experience in 2017, when he won the bronze medal in the long jump at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Győr with a width of 6.89 m and took seventh place in the triple jump with 14.09 m. The following year he reached the U18 European Championships there with 14.59 m in seventh place in the triple jump and was eleventh in the long jump with 6.67 m. In addition, he retired from the Norwegian sprint relay (1000 meters) with 1: 59.58 m in the preliminary round. In 2019 he finished seventh at the U20 European Championships in Borås with a width of 7.19 m.

In 2018 Flåtnes became Norwegian champion in long jump and in 2019 in triple jump and also in 2019 indoor champion in long jump.
