The Henry Mesa is a 1430 m high, 3 km long and wedge-shaped table mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises 6 km south of the Mulock Glacier on the western flank of the Heap Glacier . The summit plateau is characterized by a mountain basin on the north side.
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis own Tellurometervermessungen and aerial photographs of the United States Navy in the years from 1959 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1965 by Captain B. R. Henry of the United States Coast Guard , Commander of the icebreaker USCGC Eastwind at of operation Deep Freeze of 1964 and naval commanders in operation Deep Freeze of the year 1965th
