Herbert Reichelt (2017)

Herbert Reichelt (born December 22, 1951 in Herne ; † July 23, 2019 ) was a German author .

Life

Herbert Reichelt grew up in the Ruhr area. After studying social sciences and working on a number of research projects at the Ruhr University in Bochum , from 1983 he worked in various functions for the Scientific Institute of the AOK and the AOK Federal Association.

Herbert Reichelt has been literary since 2012. After a first volume of poetry, the first crime novel was published in autumn 2015. In the following years further publications of short crime novels and poems followed. Herbert Reichelt has won several prizes in literary competitions for his poems and stories.

Herbert Reichelt died on July 23, 2019.

Wachtberger Kugel - Prize for comical poetry

In 2016 Herbert Reichelt initiated the competition for the Wachtberger Kugel - Prize for comic poetry . Together with Dieter Dresen, he has published three anthologies with competition entries for the competition under the title "The best ballpoint pens - from the» Wachtberger Kugel "poetry competition since 2017.
