Herbert and Schnipsi
Herbert and Elisabeth "Schnipsi" (Haberkorn) are the respective alter ego and fictional stage characters of the German cabaret couple Claudia Schlenger-Meilhamer and Hanns Meilhamer .
characters
Schlenger and Meilhamer use the Bavarian dialect. Herbert is usually portrayed as quite planned and reserved, Schnipsi as cocky and stubborn. Often the two get into an argument.
Life and work
In 1982 Schlenger and Meilhamer presented their characters on stage for the first time; in the meantime, the two can be seen performing throughout the German-speaking area. The couple has also appeared in television programs and radio ketches since 1984. Since 1994, their son Simon (alias Pauli Haberkorn ) has occasionally supported them in TV productions.
