Hermann Daniel Hermes
Hermann Daniel Hermes (born January 24, 1734 in Petznick near Stargard in Pomerania ; † November 12, 1807 ) was a German Protestant theologian .
Hermes attended school in Wernigerode and the University of Halle and became senior pastor at the Magdalenenkirche in Breslau . Hermes was considered a Prussian heretic judge and was dismissed from office without explanation.
In 1805 he was appointed church councilor and professor of theology in Kiel .
