Hermann Richtarsky

Hermann Richtarsky (born April 6, 1857 in Hratschein , Leobschütz district ; † September 23, 1944 in Osterwitz , Leobschütz district ) was a German farmer and politician ( center ).

Life

Richtarsky attended grammar school in Leobschütz and later ran an estate in Osterwitz near Nassiedel . He was district chairman of the Silesian Farmers Association, chairman of the dairy cooperative Nassiedel, member of the supervisory board of the Silesian Landgesellschaft and member of the board of the Nassiedel loan fund.

Richtarsky was a member of the municipal administration and the Leobschütz district council. From April 16, 1908 to November 15, 1918 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives . In 1919 he was elected to the Prussian state constitutional assembly and in February 1921 to the Prussian state parliament , of which he was a member until 1924.
