Hermann Schwenn

Hermann Friedrich Arnold Schwenn (born February 19, 1912 in Ratekau ; † March 13, 1995 ) was a German lawyer .

Life

Schwenn attended the Johanneum zu Lübeck , then the universities of Grenoble , Munich , Berlin and Rostock , and in 1936 he received his doctorate . The great state legal examination took place in Berlin in 1938 .

In 1949 Schwenn became a private lecturer at the University of Hamburg .

Schwenn had been a full professor in the Faculty of Economics at the Technical University of Berlin since 1951 .

He has taught and researched in the fields of civil law , international law and comparative law .

Private

His sons are Gerhard and Rudolf Schwenn.
