Hermann von Berg-Perscheln
Hermann von Berg-Perscheln (* 1814 in Groß-Borken; † 1880 in Perscheln , Friedland district ) was a Prussian officer and district administrator in the Mohrungen district (1851-1859), East Prussia province . He was the owner of the Perscheln manor and a royal Prussian captain . In the years 1852-1858 and again 1866-1870 Hermann von Berg-Perscheln was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives in the conservative parliamentary group.
