Hermenegildo García Marturell (born September 11, 1968 in Santiago de Cuba ) is a former Cuban foil fencer .

Hermenegildo García was part of the Cuban team at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona , which reached the final against Germany after two preliminary rounds and subsequent victories against South Korea and Poland . This ended in a 8: 8 draw, but with 65:53 hits the German team got the upper hand in the end. García received the silver medal together with Elvis Gregory , Guillermo Betancourt , Tulio Díaz and Oscar García Pérez .
