The Hese is a left tributary of the Fischgraben in the Rotenburg (Wümme) district in Lower Saxony , Germany . Its origin lies in the local area of Hesedorf (Bremervörde) .

The Hese arises about 500 m south of the core area of Hesedorf from two larger drainage ditches. After a northward curve in a curve, the river turns west and after about 2 km (in relation to the origin) passes a small road. It flows into the Fischgraben 500 m later, about 500 m before the Bever flows into the Oste.
