The Hessian Administrative School Association (HVSV) is a corporation under public law in Hesse with its seat in Darmstadt , with the purpose of actively getting involved in basic and advanced training in the public service in Hesse in the sense of a democratic state conception.

The HVSV supports its customers and partners in achieving their professional and personal work goals so that they can optimally cope with their professional tasks.

The HVSV is actively helping to shape structural change in the public service and shaping its training and further education offerings with a view to the new requirements in the area of ​​public administration.

The HVSV is the first educational institute in Germany in the training and further education segment in the public service to be quality-tested according to LQW 3 (learner-oriented quality testing in ArtSet® further education, Hanover). This attestation proves the special quality of the training and further education at all Hessian administration seminars.

Association structure

The Hessian Administrative School Association maintains administrative seminars throughout Hesse in Darmstadt , Frankfurt am Main , Fulda , Gießen , Kassel and Wiesbaden . The association's management is based in Darmstadt.

Legal association members are the State of Hesse, the LWV Hesse , the independent cities of Hesse, the Hessian districts, the Hessian cities and municipalities belonging to the district as well as other voluntary members.

Training courses

The HVSV provides training in the following apprenticeships in accordance with the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) and supports the training authorities by additionally offering on-the- job training:
