Hideki Kamiya

Hideki Kamiya ( Japanese 神 谷 英 樹 , Kamiya Hideki ; born December 19, 1970 in Matsumoto ) is a Japanese video game developer and worked for Capcom and Clover Studio .

He currently works for Platinum Games , previously known as Seeds. He initially worked as a planner on the original Resident Evil and was director of Resident Evil 2 . He is best known for Devil May Cry and Viewtiful Joe , where he also worked as a director. In 2006, Kamiya was mainly responsible for the acclaimed game Ōkami . He also dubbed Godot in the Japanese version of Gyakuten Saiban 3 .

Platinum Games announced that Sega will release three of their games. This includes the game Bayonetta by Kamiya. It is described as a "stylish action game" with "a witch battling angels".
